1. What Biziboss is

Biziboss is a business-management app for merchants. It lets you record sales, manage stock and services, keep customer records and measurements, schedule appointments, issue invoices and receipts, print receipts and labels with a compatible Bluetooth printer, run an online shop and manage staff.

Biziboss is a record-keeping and management tool. It is not an accountant, bank, tax adviser or payment institution, and its figures are only as accurate as what you enter.

2. Eligibility and your account

You must be at least 18 (or the age of legal capacity where you live) and able to enter a binding agreement, and you must use Biziboss for lawful business purposes.

You must give accurate information, keep your password and PIN secret, and tell us straight away if you think someone else has used your account. You are responsible for activity under your account, including activity by staff you invite.

One person may run several businesses from one account. You may not share one account between different people; invite them as staff instead.

3. Staff and shared devices

As an owner you decide who joins your business and what they may see and do. You are responsible for your staff’s use of Biziboss and for telling them how their information is used. Removing a staff member ends their access to your business.

4. Your data

You own the Business Data you enter. You give us permission to store, process, sync, back up and display it to provide Biziboss to you, as described in the Privacy Policy.

You promise that you have the right to enter the data, including your customers’ details and measurements, and that you will use it lawfully and respect your customers’ privacy rights.

You are responsible for keeping your own copies of records you are legally required to keep. We take reasonable care but do not promise that data can never be lost.

5. Acceptable use

Do not use Biziboss to break the law, sell illegal, stolen, counterfeit or prohibited goods or services, defraud or harass anyone, send spam, or upload harmful, hateful or sexual content.

Do not copy, reverse engineer, resell, or interfere with the app or its security, access another business’s data, or use bots or scrapers.

We may suspend or remove access, or remove content, that breaks these Terms or puts others at risk.

6. Online shop and payments

If you sell through the Biziboss shop, you are the seller. You are responsible for your products, prices, descriptions, delivery, returns and refunds, taxes and for following consumer and trading laws.

Card and bank payments for the shop are handled by Paystack under its own terms. We do not hold your money, and fees, settlement times and disputes are between you, the buyer and Paystack.

Sales, payments and money figures inside the app are records you enter or confirm. They do not move money by themselves.

7. Printers and hardware

Printing needs a compatible Bluetooth printer and a phone with Bluetooth on. Printer availability, supply and warranty are separate from the app, and we do not promise that every printer or label type will work.

8. Plans and fees

Biziboss currently offers a Starter plan. If we introduce paid plans or fees, we will show the price and billing terms clearly before you are charged, and you will be able to decline. Purchases made through Apple or Google are governed by their store terms, including their refund rules.

9. Our intellectual property

The app, its design, name, logo and software belong to us or our licensors. We give you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the app for your business while these Terms apply. You may not use our name or logo without permission.

If you send us suggestions, you allow us to use them without payment or obligation.

10. Availability and changes

Biziboss can work offline and sync later, but some features need internet. We aim to keep the service available but may change, pause or stop features, for example for maintenance, and we do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error free.

We may update these Terms. If a change is material we will notify you in the app; continuing to use Biziboss after the change means you accept it.

11. Ending your account

You may stop using Biziboss at any time and can delete your account in More → Security → Danger zone. Deleting signs you out, removes your account from the app and permanently disables the login. Deleting does not cancel orders you owe buyers, money you owe others, or anything you must keep for legal reasons.

Deleting the only owner account of a business closes that business for all of its staff, so please warn your team first.

We may suspend or end your account if you break these Terms, if required by law, or if the account is inactive for a long time after notice.

12. Disclaimers

Biziboss is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent the law allows, we do not give warranties of any kind, including fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted service or accuracy of calculations. Nothing here removes rights you have under consumer law that cannot be removed.

13. Limit of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Biziboss is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profit, lost sales, lost data or business interruption, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or ₦50,000. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as for fraud or death or personal injury caused by negligence.

You agree to cover losses and claims arising from your breach of these Terms, your Business Data, or your dealings with customers and buyers.

14. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. We will first try to settle any dispute informally; contact hello@biziboss.com. If it cannot be settled, the courts of Nigeria have jurisdiction, unless your local consumer law gives you the right to go to court where you live.
